Podium Sports - Returning Items

Thank you for ordering A3 Performance from Podium Sports.

A3 Performance have an international reputation for quality and value and we know you will love your new product; however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help facilitate a smooth and easy return or exchange. Upon receiving your newly purchased A3 Performance product, please examine your purchase for possible travel damages or manufacturer defects.

Here are the details with regards to returning items.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz within 20 days of delivery date and we will get your product replaced as quickly as possible.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the returning item is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

After 20 days, should you determine your product is damaged or defective, please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz.

We may request photographic proof of defective product or that the product is returned for full evaluation. Products can be returned for any reason within 20 days of delivery contingent that the product is in its original, unused condition with tags and labels attached and in its original packaging.

Products returned in damaged, worn, or unsellable condition are subject to refusal or a 10% restocking fee. You can request a return by sending an email to please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz. Please include your reason for return and a purchase confirmation receipt in the return package.

Once your product has been received, if approved, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange your product for an alternate size, style, or color, please contact us at please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz for details.
  • In the case of an exchange, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Podium Sports, and additionally, they are responsible for the shipping costs.
    • Upon receiving the exchanged product, Podium Sports will ship the new, alternative product and will cover its outgoing shipping.
Custom Products
  • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you have questions regarding your custom product, please please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz
Sale, Clearance, & Close-Out Product
  • No returns are accepted on sale, clearance, or close-out product. All sale, clearance, and close-out product are FINAL SALE.
  • Some sale, clearance, or close-out products may be eligible to exchange for size. Please e-mail contact@podiumsports.co.nz to see if your purchase qualifies.
